This historic home built in 1845 is located in upstate NY on the Raquette River. The architectural details and the whispers from the past provide a unique backdrop that sets it apart from more modern venues. This historic charm along with the picturesque views of the river and the tranquil sounds of the flowing river, creek and nearby waterfall create a captivating atmosphere that enhances the overall experience. Whether you are looking to host an intimate ceremony, a grand reception, an outdoor concert, fundraiser, family reunion, or anything in between, our outdoor event venue is the perfect place!

We have big plans, but we are just getting started… take advantage of this raw outdoor space now, rent this venue for $500 for the day (outdoor use only) while we plan and raise money to re-erect the original barn, which will be perfect for larger parties adding a covered event area.
